Ramen Zundo has been creating authentic handmade ramen since 2012. All our soups, sauces and noodles are proudly handcrafted fresh, every day, using a carefully selected combination of the best local Japanese ingredients. The tonkatsu broth took owner Hiroki more than five years to get 'just right'. Enriched with an umami packed soy sauce, our rich pork-based soup gets its heavenly flavour from 12 hours of patient simmering. Our ramen is not only the most satisfying Japanese comfort food but also the perfect balance of soups, sauces and noodles. Ramen Zundo is temporarily closed, stay tuned for reopening.
