Specialising in Peking Roast Duck.
Quanjude is a Chinese restaurant best known for its Peking Roast Duck and has established a longstanding culinary heritage, since first opening in Beijing, China in 1864. Peking Duck can be traced back for many centuries, but Quanjude's heritage of Roast Duck is in our preparation as we use open ovens and non-smoky hardwood fuel, such as Chinese date, peach or pear. Originally reserved for the Imperial families, this wood adds a subtle fruity flavour and a golden crispness to the duck skin that Quanjude has become famous for. Quanjude is temporarily closed, stay tuned for reopening
