Shop Safe at World Square

The health and safety of our customers and retailersΒ continues to be a priority at World Square.

We are keeping up to date with the latest COVID-19 government restrictions and encourage best physical distancing and hygiene practices when visiting World Square:

We are helping keep our community safe by placing QR code check in signage at all entries to World Square so please remember to do your part and check in as this is now mandatory by the NSW Government.

Be social whilst keeping your distance as this is our best weapon in preventing the spread of the virus. We want you to shop with confidence and encourage you to maintain your 1.5m distance from other customers. You may notice new signage throughout World Square to help you remember!

We have introduced more frequent cleaning to ensure a hygienic venue for you to shop, visit and play safely.

Our retailers will have their own hygiene and physical distancing measures in place including customer limits per store, QR code check-in and encouraging contactless payment. These may vary store to store so please be patient when visiting your favourite retailers.

We’re all here to do our part, so please take advantage of the hand sanitisers at high touch points to help keep our World Square community safe.

Please help us protect the World Square community by following the below measures:

You must wear a face maskΒ when visiting hospitality venues, retail storesΒ and indoor venues.

It is mandatory you check in before entering World Square as well as before entering individual stores so please make sure you do so.

Wash your hands frequently and sanitise using the sanitising stations provided around World Square. Our hands contain a high number of germs, and people frequently touch their eyes, nose, and mouth without even realizing it!

Help keep yourself and the community safe by maintaining your 1.5m distance (about 2 arms’ length) between customers.

Be mindful when coughing and sneezing. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow.

We appreciate you staying home if you are sick. NotΒ only is this better for your recovery, but you are also stopping the spread of illness in the community. Think of it as saving lives, because it is!
